Learn More About Mountain Lion Ecology With Brian Kertson!

Due to a precarious run-in with one when I was a child, I have a fascination with cougars. No, this isn’t a #metoo situation, I’m talking about a puma, a mountain lion. I was a little to close to one in the woods one day, and I’ve been fascinated with them ever since. This Thursday I plan on learning more about the mysterious creatures from a lecture hosted by Brian Kertson at the Northwest Stream Center in Everett, Washington.

Kertson is an expert on mountain lion ecology and his current research focuses on cougar-human interaction in Western Washington. Kertson’s lecture will feature vital information about mountain lion life cycles, habits, spotting their signs, and much more.
