So this goes without saying, but all the friendly budtenders at your favorite Everett pot shop love living in Washington State.
Along with legal recreational marijuana — which is a pretty big bonus — there’s amazing salmon, the best coffee in the world, and plenty of opportunities to get out and experience the great outdoors. That said, this little corner of the country does have a deserved reputation for weather which can best be described as, well, pretty crappy. Seriously, if you tell someone in another state how that the forecast is basically for 40-degree weather and drizzle for a solid week, they’re probably going to wonder exactly why you put up with it.
Of course, you get used to the rain, and there’s no doubt that anyone over the age of 21 can buy cannabis flower, edibles, concentrates, and extracts makes the rainy weather a little easier to stomach, but all the wet weather can get to even the most steely of Northwest constitutions. Pair it with some spicy tuna roll or a steaming pile of yakisoba to complete the experience.
OK, while this Marvel series takes place on the gritty streets of New York’s Hell’s Kitchen, and not the bearded, fixed-gear rich hipster enclave of Brooklyn, when the pizza is this good, you really don’t sweat the semantics. So order a large pie — don’t forget the Coscioppo Bros. Handmade Italian Sausage — and check out this series about a blind superhero. Don’t let the crappy Ben Affleck.
