The Seattle Seahawks Monday Night Football win has come to an end. Russell Wilson harnessed his magic and put the team on his back down with four minutes to go. They threw a strike to Doug Baldwin to put us within three. On the Falcons ensuing possession, Sheldon Richardson comes up with his first sack on third down to force a punt. The defense held strong in the last two possessions even without the help of Richard Sherman or Kam Chancellor. The thriller ended when Blair Walsh did what Blair Walsh does and missed a game-tying 52 yard field goal with four seconds remaining on the clock.
It was a fun game, but a heartbreaking loss wrapped in a wet blanket quilted out of frustration. Grab some Cherry Pie from Red Frog to ease our late season woes. Cherry Pie is a mellow purple hybrid.
